About Kyle
Kyle has a degree in Nutrition and is certified as a personal trainer through ACE. He has a passion for fitness and a philosophy of whole-body health which is shown through his ability to balance the lifestyle components of nutrition and exercise together for results.
Kyle has experience with a variety of fitness approaches including: Functional Training for optimal range of motion and inury prevention, Strength Training, boxing, Cross Fit, and Spartan race training. He is passionate about what he does and specializes in fitness specific nutrition to enhance fitness performance.
