Healthy Chicken Taco’s
Shredded or diced organic chicken lightly sea salted & tossed with taco seasoning, thin sliced cabbage, garden fresh organic diced tomatoes, fresh guacamole, mild or medium fresh salsa, a dab of plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt, a few thin sliced jalapeno’s, a little shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese, or avocado chunks, and a squeeze of lime.
Place on a sprig of butter leaf or romaine lettuce or just eat it with a fork and enjoy!
